Ndidi did start the season suspiciously and he was reasonable for the mistake contributing towards Mason Mount’s goal at Chelsea. However, he made up for the same with the equalising goal in a 1-1 draw and that was probably the turning point for him. The consistency factor was questioned when he had first arrived at the King Power Stadium but under Brendan Rodgers, he has emerged as a dominating presence in the centre of the park as shown by the tackling.
The Foxes have made a superb start to the Premier League season and they have already accumulated 29 points from 13 matches. That sees them already 10 points ahead of fifth-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers and they appear destined to make the top four, barring a sudden dip in form during the backend of the campaign.
